We are located in Bali, Indonesia! All our garments are made in Bali and ship out of Bali :)

We do worldwide shipping! Please check your country's shipping rate when check-out,

Our pick up location is at Moran Atelier in Munggu, Bali. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up! Once you receive the pick up email, please visit us Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. If you like to pick up via Gojek, please confirm with us before sending a Gojek. You can DM us or email Hello@moransewn.com
3. Bali
If your delivery address is in Canggu area, we will gojek it to you and the delivery fee is on us. But if you are outside of Canggu area, we will use Pos Indonesia. If you like to get your order delivered by Gojek, it is your responsibility to organise, the same process as Pick up as shown above.

If your area is a rural area, we will ship your order via EMS (Pos Indonesia) as they don't charge extra for rural area. They use DHL service once they land in Australia and we will update the tracking once DHL tracking is issued
- United States of America :
EMS : 7-8 Business days
They use DHL service once they land in USA and we will update the tracking once DHL tracking is issued. All shipments that enter USA are now being charged import duties and taxes. Please note moran is not responsible for any duties and taxes.
- Europe :
FEDEX EXPRESS : 4-6 Business days
- Other Asian Countries (Japan, China, Inda, South Korea, HK, Macau, Taiwan):
by EMS, Aramex
- Rest of World:
International mail by EMS, FEDEX, DHL, ARAMEX : 6-14 Business Days
We select the courier service for the best rates depending on your country.
Some countries have customs taxes and duties. MORAN has no control over that and is not responsible for any taxes that might occur. We do recommend checking with your local postal services to see if this might apply to you. As the USA law changed since September 2025, all packages will be subjected to import taxes and tariffs.
MORAN is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to MORAN for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee. MORAN is not responsible for any lost, damaged goods.
Please note FEDEX, DHL do not ship to PO boxes.
When will my order ship?
We will take 1-3 business days to process and pack the order. Once packed, we will ship out ASAP and email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Once order has been shipped, we send out an email containing the courier information and tracking number. You can directly follow the link. With EMS, you will have to type your tracking number manually on the tracking website.
I made a mistake! Can I change my order?
Please email us ASAP at Hello@moran.com. Once shipment has been shipped out, we unfortunately can't do anything other than treat it as an exchange.
