Shipping with moran
Moran ships all orders directly from Bali, Indonesia using EMS via POST OFFICE or FEDEX express. You will be able to see the rates by weight at check out.
Pos Indonesia - EMS EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please allow 7-14 business days after you get a confirmation email with tracking number from us. Once your parcel is landed in your country, it will be handled by your local post. Please keep you eyes out to track your order, Once the parcel leaves our hands, it is a customer's responsibility to keep it tracked. If there is any issue, Please immediately contact the post office in your country.
FEDEX - Express shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days after you get a confirmation email with tracking number from us. Once the parcel leaves our hands, it is a customer's responsibility to keep it tracked. If there is any issue, please notify us so we can contact Fedex from our side and immediately contact the Fedex in your county to make the process faster.
Please note moran is not responsible for any lost, damaged goods and customs.
FEDEX do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an address where someone can sign for receiving your parcel.
FEDEX have surcharge for remote area - If your address is in the remote area, we will automatically post it with EMS via Pos Indonesia. If you wish your parcel to be delivered via FEDEX, we will be sending you an invoice for the extra charge and your parcel will be dispatched after your invoice is paid.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number to track your delivery of your goods.
If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not receive it, you must contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE or FEDEX immediately. MORAN is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Please note MORAN is not responsible for any import duty and customs.
Returns
We are proud to create high quality, long lasting garments for you and want nothing more than for you to love our MORAN pieces. However, if you are not happy with your item/s, you may return within 14days of purchase, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, original condition.
110% Store Credit
We are happy to offer 110% store credit on full priced items purchased online within 14days of receipt of goods. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is accepted we will create 110% store credit for you minus shipping costs on the original payment method used, minus the extra shipping cost we paid as we pay the half of your shipping on each order, minus duties and taxes when the return entering Indonesia. Please note we do not offer returns on any discounted/sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 14days of receipt of goods. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is accepted you will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs on the original payment method used, minus the extra shipping we paid as we pay the half of your shipping on each order, minus duties and taxes when the return entering Indonesia.
Sale/Discounted items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for a credit or refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not except direct exchanges rather a store credit or a refund which you may use to purchase your desired item.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns and customs when entering Indonesia. We advise that you use a traceable method and take note of your tracking number when posting back your items, MORAN will not be responsible for any items lost during transit and we will be unable to process the return. For International customers (Outside of Indonesia), it is not MORAN's responsibility to pay any duties and taxes involved with you returning your items. Any costs MORAN may need to pay will be subtracted from the credit amount. MORAN has the right to refuse any returns if the item does not meet the requirements mentioned on this page.
